 Stoats and Papaya are from Multnomah County Animal Services and were being fostered by a local Portland citizen. They received a $50 EZRA Foundation mini-grant and are available for adoption in the Portland area! These two have since been adopted :) If you are inspired, please consider applying for a mini-grant and fostering your own kitty!
